Wherever you choose to start your trip, you must ensure that you arrive in Puerto Natales to join the tour group, preferably before 5 p.m.
SUMMARY
Day 2nd Feb: Arrival to Puerto Natales.
Day 3rd Feb: Transfer to Torres del Paine National Park. Hike to Serón
Day 4th Feb: Hike to Dickson
Day 5th Feb: Hike to Los Perros
Day 6th Feb: Hike to Grey via the John Garner Pass
Day 7th Feb: Trek to Paine Grande
Day 8th Feb: Visit to the French Valley – Hike to Los Cuernos Day 9th Feb: Hike to Torre Central.
Day 10th Feb: Hike to the Base of the Torres. Return to Puerto Natales
Day 11th Feb: Transfer from Puerto Natales to El Calafate.
Day 12th Feb: Glaciar Perito Moreno.
Day 13th Feb: Trek to Laguna Torre.
Day 14th Feb: Trek to Laguna de los Tres.
Day 15th Feb: Transfer to El Calafate and flight to Buenos Aires.
A deposit of €1,500 must be paid (due no later than 15 June 2024) to the tour company www.rumboapicos.com to confirm your reservation on this tour.
Your remaining balance will be due for payment no later than 15th Dec 2024.
Cancellation Policy.
Cancellations up to 60 days before the tour start date will be subject to an administrative charge of €300
Cancellations within 30-60 days of the tour start date will be subject to a 50% loss of the full price of the tour.
Cancellations within 30 days of the tour start date will be subject to 100% loss of the full price of the tour.
You must ensure that both your Medical & Travel insurance is adequate for your own personal needs & should be carefully read to ensure that you are adequately insured in the event of cancellation or abandonment of the tour by you for whatever reason.
Other than cancellation due to Force Majure events, in the event that the tour company rumboapicos.com cancels this tour, the tour company will refund to the client the payments the client has made to the tour company less an administrative fee of Euro €100.
Compliance & Fitness.
Given that this tour is an adventurous hiking tour necessitating good physical & mental health & determination, the tour company will ask you to complete an acceptance form which will be emailed to you in response to your request to reserve a place on this tour.
